The Aligned Activation Method is a process your Soul already knows - it just needs a little reminder!
Your Truth (your body’s true blueprint, your purpose, mission and desires) is held in your Soul Codes. These codes are active as a massive bright light in a higher realm. From this bright light, there’s a single continuous stream of energy (I call the ‘central line’) which allows your Soul Codes to flow to you.
When you overanalyze, externalize your power (look for external validation or ‘fixes’), get stuck in old emotions, or experience weird spiritual and energetic ties, your system is pulled out of alignment with that flow.

I can speak from experience when I say I know what it’s like to live in misalignment. After almost a decade as a Naturopathic Doctor, I was burnt out (physically and emotionally), with an unclear purpose that left me feeling like an outsider in my own life.
